Furniture tour itineraryPlanning a hotel furniture package
Start with room types and public areas rather than a single list of products. Standard rooms, suites and serviced apartments need different packages; lobbies and dining areas have different patterns of use. A schedule for each space makes quantities, finishes and sample approvals easier to compare before ordering.
ASIO helps source furniture from factories in China and coordinate project procurement. The specification records models, quantities, dimensions, materials and finishes. Samples, packing, logistics and additional work are itemised separately. Services and delivery terms are agreed in the contract.
Preparing your project
Site conditions
If the project includes exposed areas, schedule their furniture separately. Confirm water and sun exposure, protection of fixings, cushion storage and maintenance access.
Receiving furniture on site
Provide the full address, receiving party, vehicle and doorway clearances, lift access and temporary storage space. Unloading, moving furniture to its final position and installation are agreed separately. Work backwards from the target furnishing completion date through samples, production, packing, transport and site readiness.
Your first ASIO brief
Save furniture and interior references to your selection. Add the city, property type, number of spaces and target furnishing completion date. Separate essential items from alternatives so the initial quotation can compare a clear scope.
Interior images are visual references for discussion. They are not presented as ASIO projects completed in this city.
Sourcing through furniture manufacturers
Compare factory proposals against the same materials, construction, sample and quantity specification. ASIO coordinates furniture selection and project requirements; production, inspection and delivery terms are agreed for the project. Schedule meeting rooms, banquet spaces and staff offices as separate zones from the guestrooms.
Project delivery and furniture installation
For projects in Russia and other countries, ASIO agrees the furniture specification and delivery plan after receiving the destination city, address and item schedule. The quotation defines the route, receiving party, shipment contents, packaging and delivery stages. Naming a city does not imply local stock: lead times depend on production and transport.
ASIO can arrange installation by separate agreement. Confirm the scope, contractor, cost, site readiness, unloading and access arrangements before ordering. Built-in items and floor fixings require approved drawings and substrate requirements.
For an initial quotation, send the project city, floor plans, furniture schedule, quantities and target furnishing completion date. For phased delivery, indicate when each space will be ready to receive furniture.
Furniture for every hotel space.
Hotel bedroom furniture
Beds and headboards, bedside tables, wardrobes, desks, armchairs and luggage racks are specified around each room category and layout. Suites and apartments may also need living and dining furniture. For repeated room sets, dimensions, finishes and quantities should be recorded for every room type.
Hotel lobby and lounge furniture
Sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and side tables create places to wait, meet and relax. Selection begins with circulation and use: pieces should support the interior concept, accommodate guests carrying luggage and suit frequent use.
Furniture for hotel restaurants
Tables, dining chairs, bar stools and banquettes are selected around the seating plan and service format. Breakfast areas and restaurants may have different needs for layout, surface cleaning and furniture movement. Upholstery and finishes can connect the dining space with the rest of the hotel.
Hotel terrace and outdoor furniture
Outdoor chairs, tables, sofas and loungers need to suit the climate, sun exposure, humidity and storage arrangements. Coastal projects require particular attention to corrosion resistance in frames and fixings. Suitability of specific fabrics and materials should be checked against the manufacturer’s documentation.

Sourcing hotel furniture from China.
Materials for hospitality use
For upholstered pieces, agree on the fabric, filling, construction and care method; for casegoods, on core materials, finishes, edges and hardware. Similar-looking models can differ in durability and maintenance. Testing and certification requirements should be defined for the specific property and market before ordering.
What determines the furnishing budget?
Hotel furniture prices depend on quantities, dimensions, materials, design complexity and the composition of the order. The supply budget also needs to account for samples, packaging and logistics. Meaningful comparisons require a consistent specification and a clear breakdown of included work and costs.
Selection around your interior design
Layouts, visualizations and furniture schedules help match pieces to the interior. Custom dimensions or finishes need to be discussed with the manufacturer. Drawings, samples and permitted variations should be agreed before a production order; a photograph alone cannot replace a specification.
Delivery and project phases
Hotel furnishing lead times include selection, sample approval, production and transport. Routes, delivery terms and the ability to supply a destination country are confirmed for each project. Phased openings also require decisions on batches, labeling by area, site readiness and storage.
Hotel furnishing questions.
What to prepare, how to define your order and where to start the conversation.
What do you need to prepare a hotel furniture quote?
For an initial discussion, prepare plans, areas to furnish, quantities, references, delivery location, budget and target dates. First confirm that the project fits ASIO’s service terms, then agree the specification, samples and delivery estimate.
How do we define a repeatable guest-room package?
Provide the room layout, category, bed dimensions and number of identical rooms. Review the bed, headboard, bedside tables, wardrobe, desk and chair together. Check mattress and bed-base compatibility, and agree samples and repeat finishes before the main order.
Can the dimensions and materials be changed?
Changes are considered for each item. Feasibility, cost and lead times depend on the construction and factory conditions. Custom details enter the order after dimensions, materials and technical requirements have been agreed.
Should we review a sample before ordering for all rooms?
An individual sample or a set for one room can help assess comfort, proportions, finishes and maintenance. The sample format, cost and schedule are discussed separately. Approved characteristics are then recorded for the production batch.
How long does hotel furnishing take?
There is no single lead time for all projects. It depends on the furniture specification, order size, custom changes, sample approval, production capacity and delivery route. A working schedule is prepared after the specification is clarified and compared with site readiness.
Can furniture selection begin remotely?
Yes. Share plans, dimensions and references, then save relevant items from the gallery. Finish and seating approval may require a sample; its format and cost are discussed separately. A furniture tour lets you compare options in person.
