Site conditions
If the site has several entrance levels or separately managed units, map unloading and handover by area. Agree the furniture schedule format, measurement units and packing labels with the receiving team.
Receiving furniture on site
Provide the full address, receiving party, vehicle and doorway clearances, lift access and temporary storage space. Unloading, moving furniture to its final position and installation are agreed separately. Work backwards from the target furnishing completion date through samples, production, packing, transport and site readiness.

Save furniture and interior references to your selection. Add the city, property type, number of spaces and target furnishing completion date. Separate essential items from alternatives so the initial quotation can compare a clear scope.

Bases and headboards
Separate the base, legs, headboard and mattress in the schedule. Zip-and-link arrangements require compatible bases and an agreed mattress gap. Confirm wall fixings, upholstery and access to bedside outlets.
Mattresses and extra beds
Check mattress dimensions, height, firmness and construction against the base. Assess rollaway beds and sleeper sofas both open and folded, including storage space and circulation around the bed.
Approve a sample before production
Review a complete mock-up room set, materials, labelling and packaging. Specify project fire requirements and supporting documents; a hotel-use description is not a certificate.
Single and Queen hotel bed dimensions
Single, Queen and King labels vary between markets and hotel operators. Specify the sleeping width and length, mattress height and base dimensions, and check compatibility with linen and the headboard. A size name alone does not replace drawings and sample approval.
Project delivery and furniture installation
For projects in Russia and other countries, ASIO agrees the furniture specification and delivery plan after receiving the destination city, address and item schedule. The quotation defines the route, receiving party, shipment contents, packaging and delivery stages. Naming a city does not imply local stock: lead times depend on production and transport.
ASIO can arrange installation by separate agreement. Confirm the scope, contractor, cost, site readiness, unloading and access arrangements before ordering. Built-in items and floor fixings require approved drawings and substrate requirements.
For an initial quotation, send the project city, floor plans, furniture schedule, quantities and target furnishing completion date. For phased delivery, indicate when each space will be ready to receive furniture.
