Furniture tour itineraryCoordinated furniture throughout the villa
Large homes need proportionate furniture and clear transitions between spaces. Different living rooms, guest rooms and dining areas require their own packages even when finishes share one palette. Keep outdoor specifications separate, and check furniture dimensions and site access before ordering.
ASIO helps source furniture from factories in China and coordinate project procurement. The specification records models, quantities, dimensions, materials and finishes. Samples, packing, logistics and additional work are itemised separately. Services and delivery terms are agreed in the contract.
Preparing your project
Site conditions
For repeated spaces, approve one sample furniture set first. Separate fixed models from permitted finish variants and list spare components as distinct items.
Receiving furniture on site
Provide the full address, receiving party, vehicle and doorway clearances, lift access and temporary storage space. Unloading, moving furniture to its final position and installation are agreed separately. Work backwards from the target furnishing completion date through samples, production, packing, transport and site readiness.
Your first ASIO brief
Save furniture and interior references to your selection. Add the city, property type, number of spaces and target furnishing completion date. Separate essential items from alternatives so the initial quotation can compare a clear scope.
Interior images are visual references for discussion. They are not presented as ASIO projects completed in this city.
Project delivery and furniture installation
For projects in Russia and other countries, ASIO agrees the furniture specification and delivery plan after receiving the destination city, address and item schedule. The quotation defines the route, receiving party, shipment contents, packaging and delivery stages. Naming a city does not imply local stock: lead times depend on production and transport.
ASIO can arrange installation by separate agreement. Confirm the scope, contractor, cost, site readiness, unloading and access arrangements before ordering. Built-in items and floor fixings require approved drawings and substrate requirements.
For an initial quotation, send the project city, floor plans, furniture schedule, quantities and target furnishing completion date. For phased delivery, indicate when each space will be ready to receive furniture.
Define the project scope.
Living rooms and lounges
Check sofa and armchair scale on the plan. Connect seating groups through clear circulation and distinct activities.
Bedrooms and guest rooms
Record the scope and dimensions for each room. Coordinated finishes do not require identical furniture packages.
Dining rooms
Match tables and chairs to guest numbers and surrounding space. Confirm custom dimensions with the manufacturer.
Terraces and gardens
Specify outdoor furniture separately from indoor pieces. Assess sun, moisture, coastal exposure and seasonal storage.

Materials and intended use
For upholstered pieces, agree on the fabric, filling, construction and care method; for casegoods, on core materials, finishes, edges and hardware. Similar-looking models can differ in durability and maintenance. Testing and certification requirements should be defined for the specific property and market before ordering.
What determines the furnishing budget?
Costs depend on quantities, dimensions, materials, design complexity and order composition. Samples, packing, transport and site work should be itemised separately. Compare offers against one specification, with clear inclusions and exclusions.
Selection around your interior design
Layouts, visualizations and furniture schedules help match pieces to the interior. Custom dimensions or finishes need to be discussed with the manufacturer. Drawings, samples and permitted variations should be agreed before a production order; a photograph alone cannot replace a specification.
Delivery and project phases
The schedule includes selection, sample approval, production and transport. Confirm the destination, route, supply feasibility, receiving conditions and documentation before ordering. For phased projects, agree batch contents, labels and storage in advance.

What do you need for a furnishing quote?
For an initial discussion, prepare plans, areas to furnish, quantities, references, delivery location, budget and target dates. First confirm that the project fits ASIO’s service terms, then agree the specification, samples and delivery estimate.
Can indoor and garden furniture form one project?
Both can be included in one brief, but indoor and outdoor pieces need different material requirements. Describe terraces, cover, climate and storage. Confirm factory terms, quantities and delivery phases in the coordinated specification.
Can the dimensions and materials be changed?
Changes are considered for each item. Feasibility, cost and lead times depend on the construction and factory conditions. Custom details enter the order after dimensions, materials and technical requirements have been agreed.
How are samples reviewed before the main order?
Check dimensions, comfort, materials, colours and care against the agreed requirements. A pilot area can be discussed for repeated sets. Sample costs and timing require agreement; approved characteristics enter the batch specification.
How is the delivery schedule planned?
After clarifying the specification, quantities, custom changes and destination. Compare opening or occupancy dates with production, transport and site readiness. There is no single lead time for every project.
Can furniture selection begin remotely?
Yes. Share plans, dimensions and references, then save relevant items from the gallery. Finish and seating approval may require a sample; its format and cost are discussed separately. A furniture tour lets you compare options in person.
